Anupama is an architect with a passion for environmental sustainability and 25+ years of experience. During her practice in the US for nearly 10 years, Anupama was involved in the design of multiple design projects including schools, offices and banks. Her interest in nature and green technologies spurred her to obtain a LEED Accreditation before moving back to India to start her own architecture firm. Anupama leverages her rich international experience of sustainable architecture to design and construct green buildings in the Indian context.

Anupama is acknowledged as a thought leader in the field of Earth-friendly architecture. She has spoken and written widely about environmentally sensitive design and construction. Anupama is also a passionate long-distance runner and has completed several half and full marathons. She believes that some of her best design ideas germinate during her meditative long runs.

Jaideep Vivekanand

Jaideep is an engineer with a deep interest in green earth-saving technologies. He has over 20 years of experience across various industries in India and the USA. He has been a part of leading international companies such as United Airlines, TI Group, SEI Info Tech, Ibbotson Associates and Morningstar. Since 2008, Jaideep has been spearheading Green Evolution’s green building consultancy practice.

Jaideep is a talented lead guitarist and performs with several top bands in Chennai. He also teaches guitar to aspiring musicians.

V. A. Mohanram (1942 – 2026)

Mentor & Head - Construction Management

Mohanram has over 50 years of varied exposure and different levels of experience in construction of large scale industrial, residential and commercial projects for public and private organizations, with the last 35 years in senior management.

Mohanram brings to Green Evolution his vast experience and expertise in several areas such as project management including overall cost / time control for large projects, building technologies and construction codes.

Apart from having a passion towards green buildings and building materials, Mohanram loves to spend ‘constructive’ time playing with his grandchildren.

M. S. Venkatesan

Design Lead

M.S Venkatesan or MSV as we call him has more than 13 years of experience in design and construction. With an eye for detail and a through understanding of design principles, he is in-charge of all creative designs and execution at Green Evolution.

MSV’s pastime includes playing cricket, carrom and chess.

Srinidhi Nitin

Srinidhi is an environmental engineer focussing on sustainability of the Built Environment. She believes the synergy between the built environment and its natural environment is crucial for healthy living. She has worked with a wide range of projects ensuring that they are environmentally sustainable. She is also an IGBC Accredited Professional.

Srinidhi is an accomplished Bharatanatyam dancer and a passionate gardener. She is also a foodie and enjoys cooking.

G. R. Prasad

Project Manager – Construction

G. R Prasad is a Civil engineer with expertise in the construction of residential, commercial, industrial, and roadways for public and private organizations. He has managed projects Pan India and has also worked on projects in Malaysia. From Skyscrapers touching the sky to National Highways connecting the remote villages, he has not left any stone unturned.

Undeterred by challenges, Prasad has explored a variety of construction methods and technologies. He has equipped himself to adopt green construction style with reduced construction wastage. Playing badminton and basketball are his ways of relaxing.

Akshitha Kareti

Akshitha is an Architect with a passion for sustainable design with environmental sustainability at the core of her design philosophy. Her projects are thoughtful and ensure harmony with nature. She is also an IGBC Accredited Professional. She has been the primary architect for several of our key projects – residential as well as institutional.

Akshitha is an avid gardener and a creative designer with numerous artworks to her credit.

Maharaja Pillai

Project Engineer

Maharaja is a project engineer with over 12 years’ experience in the field of construction. He has managed several projects from start to finish, from small residential homes to large school campuses. With an ability to take on site challenges and execute the work smoothly, he is also enthusiast of sustainable construction practices.

Maharaja loves to spend time watching movies when he is off work.

Y. Shabrise

Shabarise is an Architect with a strong passion for Architecture with sustainability. In 2020, he completed his Master’s in Sustainable Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada with a GATE scholarship. He is a certified professional in two Green building rating systems (IGBC and GRIHA)

Shabarise considers that the green building concept is the first step in moving towards sustainability, and his career now travels along that. He believes Architects are not just creating a space to live within, they shape the lifestyle of the human society.

Senthil Vel

Senthil, known for his impeccable organizational skills, is the backbone of the workplace. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking, he ensures the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Senthil’s passion for food knows no bounds, making him a true food enthusiast. Additionally, he proudly declares himself as an ardent follower and admirer of the legendary Rajnikanth.

Her design philosophy focuses on integrating sustainability into every stage of planning and execution, ensuring buildings are not only efficient but also harmonious with their surroundings.

Beyond architecture, Manaswini is a creative enthusiast who enjoys painting and graphic designing, which add a unique artistic dimension to her design approach.

Nivedha is an Architect who believes that the interrelationship between human nature and the five elements of nature plays a fundamental role in the design and creation of building spaces. By understanding how these elements — earth, water, fire, air and ether — affect human well-being, architects create spaces that harmonize with both the natural environment and human needs, fostering a balanced, functional, and holistic built environment.

She is a car enthusiast and likes to update on the latest features. She also plays chess and carom, and tries her hand at cooking.
