Our designs are resource sensitive
We use materials judiciously to reduce pollution arising from the manufacture of materials and to minimize depletion of resources from our planet. We use the following measures:
- Avoid unnecessary use of materials e.g. exposed masonry walls
- Prefer natural, low-energy materials e.g. natural stone, Athangudi flooring
- Prefer salvaged materials or materials with recycled content
These, in turn, helps reduce the cost of
construction.
