  • Designed to exist in harmony with the iconic Ripon Building, the CCC building is a model of holistic environmental sensitivity with a host of green features.

  • A double height space houses the Command and Control Centre where 60 personnel from varied disciplines provide coordinated services for the city.

  • The CCC hall has access to outdoor views and natural light which help enhance the well-being of its occupants.

What makes this green?

Designed to exist in harmony with the iconic Ripon Building, the Greater Chennai Corporation’s Command and Control Centre is a model of holistic environmental sensitivity with a host of green features. A central atrium brings in natural light while exhausting hot air. The façade incorporates shading vertical elements while adding a stately touch to the building. The project has achieved the IGBC Geen New Building with the highest Platinum rating and is targeting a LEED certification also.
