The Command and Control Centre will serve as a state-of-art nerve centre for the Greater Chennai Corporation.
Designed to exist in harmony with the iconic Ripon Building, the CCC building will be a model of holistic environmental sensitivity with a host of green features.
Rooftop solar PV on the building’s terrace and a BIPV skylight above the central courtyard will generate clean energy for the building.
A central atrium filled with air purifying plants will bring in natural light to the building’s core while also providing an outlet for exhausting hot air.
The Skywalk – a covered, elevated pedestrian walkway will link 4 key buildings inside the campus and aid ease of movement between the buildings.

The project is targeting LEED and IGBC certifications upon completion.
