What makes this green?

Larger windows were created to bring in more natural light. Eco-friendly materials such as terracotta tiles, kadappa stone and salvaged wood were used in the execution. The rainwater harvesting infrastructure was overhauled to make it more effective. Beautiful rain chains were incorporated to make it easy for children to learn about rain water harvesting. Energy efficient LED lights and BLDC fans replaced old, inefficient lights and fans.
