The house also features exquisite Athangudi flooring and Chettinaad pillars. While traditional in look and feel, the house has all the convenience of modern life. An insulating building envelope, energy efficient devices, a host of systems for water conservation and interior woodwork made from salvaged wood make this house very Earth friendly.
