Summary: Conceived as an Earth-friendly IT building with a difference, The Palmyra breaks the mould of conventional steel and glass buildings.

What makes this green?

The Palmyra features an insulating shell with a stunning façade consisting of handmade bricks. Column free workspaces are filled with glare free natural light and fresh air. An energy efficient VRV HVAC system and 60 KW of solar PV enhance the energy efficiency of the building. Comprehensive rainwater harvesting and on-site waste water treatment makes the building also very water efficient. The Palmyra is awaiting a LEED certification.
